How to get the sample?
Plz send an inquiry to our sales, Free for our exist stock samples or standard size samples. Reasonable charge for special size and custom printing.
Do you accept customized size or custom printing?
Yes, Custom sizes and Custom printing are all available.
What is your Lead time or turn around time?
Usually, 2 days for the stock sizes we arrange productions regularly. It will be around 15 days for custom size or custom printing order for the first time.
How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
What payment method do you accept?
Our payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping. And we accept T/T bank transfer, Credit card.
